Everybody's different, but if some guy wants to try to squeeze himself into my underwear, whatever. To each their own.
But if he returned them and they were covered in semen, I'd be really pissed off. It's gross. If it happens in the middle of sex or whatever, I don't care. But just to return my stuff to me and have it be covered in old dry semen is gross. And it's very inconsiderate.
And, if nothing else, I'd be pissed off just because that means I have to do more laundry.
So yeah. Unless you know she's into that sort of thing, wash them before you give them back.
