Of course, since any affect (at least, per this article) occurs in the mother's womb, it does seem next to impossible to conclude with any accuracy that such and such a compound affects penis size. To do that, one would need to know what the child's penis size was "intended" to be, then compare the actual size against it. Kind of like which came first, the chicken or the egg.
