To a certain degree I guess that is true but there are most likely other influences to be considered. Also, beware of what you watch on TV. C4 can be a bit off the mark with their programmes. Some while back they aired a programme called 'The trouble with my Vagina'. Rather unfortunate maming, since the programme was about the vulva, not the vagina.
It's only TV and it has to entertain.
