It must be true that there is a point where a dick is so small it's just not good enough to do anything useful. Specifying that size may be harder, it would be different depending on the girl. 3 inches could be near the limit or past it, just guessing.

size doesnt necessarily matter but if a woman has a choice between two guys who were identical in everyway - physically and non-physically - except one had a small penis and the other a larger penis - I believe the bigger cock would be her choice
