Hi all, I might be asking the wrong people but since I'm here, here goes...

I have a pretty high sex drive and my wife does not due to medical issues, so I spend a lot of time playing with my little willy and getting off with porn and chat online. It's starting to take up too much time, as it can take upwards of an hour or so for me to reach a decent solo orgasm. I honestly enjoy masturbation, and I love engaging in fantasy kinks while doing it; but twice, three times daily is making me feel like a slave to my urges, and it makes it hard (lol) to concentrate on stuff I really should be doing instead. My computer at home has turned into my wank altar instead of a tool I use to be creative, and it's so distracting...

Does anybody have advice on how to cut back on masturbating? I know my main problem is a combination of weak will, strong sex urges and a fetish that won't go away...i have considered chastity devices, but those are expensive, unwieldy and it would be difficult to explain to the missus--i think she'd be mad at me for not controlling myself better and would demand I not wear it. (i have heard a side effect of these devices is additional shrinkage...i can't tell if that would make things better or worse!)

Yep you have to keep busy. If you have nothing to do the urges will keep knocking until you answer the call.
If I have the whole day to myself it can be really difficult not to jerk off at least once.

A question... How old are you and how long have you been married? I wouldnt be at all concerned unless it really is interfering with your productivity and relationships.

Hey, I'm an older married bloke and I've masturbated all my life. Even during the early days of marriage When we were fucking like rabbits, I jerked off in the shower almost everyday as well as other times when needed. Certainly there wasn't Internet porn around then but that didn't stop me.

Now though, in my 60's I still jerk off 3 or 4 times per week and enjoy it more than ever. My computer has also become a shrine to self pleasure.
