For decades we have gone to natural hot springs, hot springs resorts (where nudity is the norm) and nude beaches. Since we are now often in Miami go to Haulover Beach where there can be thousands of nudists on the beach.
When visiting friends w. hot tubs or when friends come to our place, it is expected all will be nude.
I've never had a problem w. this.

Yes, wife and I both go to nude resorts and hot springs. No problem. I don't mind being one of the smaller cocks there. It still feels good.

I've been a nudist for longer than I can remember. So I've been to nudist beaches or nude secluded spots many times as well as being nude at home most of the time.
