my foreskin doesn't even pull back to show the whole head, just the tip of it... is that common for anyone else?

That's called phimosis. If you google it, there's plenty of stretching techniques to help.

I have friends who have done it and they really like the results. I would start with the National Organization of Restoring Men at NORM - The National Organization of Restoring Men.
