For me its the arms, nice thick manly muscular arms.

Easy! My wifes neck and shoulders, closely followed by her long slender legs.

Aside from the obvious sexual parts (hey I am a guy after all). I like the eyes for they truly are windows into the soul. So when one is being intimate the eyes tell all.
