Does anybody milk their prostate? At a tender 63 years of age, I have never tried it and I have some questions I would appreciate the answers to.

Does it hurt for a start?
Does it feel good?
Do you orgasm or is the leakage/ejaculation pretty much without feeling?
Is it harmful?
Is the item you insert pushed slightly forward so that it rubs the prostate?

I'll be one to say it is pleasurable (I know there are many others out there, c'mon guys, offer some hints).

If I can keep my hands off my penis I can have multiple orgasms with plenty of precum trickle but without full ejaculation. Never asked or expected a woman to do it for me.

In a nutshell, here's my recipe
- Start clean inside
- Allow plenty of no-pressure time and get a sustainable comfortable position (mine is lying on side with one leg in air or propped up on back of sofa)
- One finger should do nicely (no need for dildos or other drilling equipment)
- Plenty of lube; to be safe at first wear a latex glove
