Too small for the "pouch"...
 

My g/f has purchased me some new underwear.
They fit my waist, butt and my thighs perfectly
BUT
The pouch that holds the dick and balls is always way to big.
I flop around and it's uncomfortable.
These types of underwear, jockstraps, bikini's etc. are form fitting and she loves them.

Anyone else have this problem? Suggestions?

Well in my case I have stretched my scrotum so much that even without my weights I fill up real good, thats another reason why I did it. I have only been stretching for two years and went from a permanent tight sack to one with a two inch hang and can stretch to to three.
