I have not been able to maintain a full 3.5" erection without using a pill for approximately 13 years. When I have a full erection it is useless for intercourse. peanutboy, may I suggest you go to Websites such as manmods.com and chat with those there who are already castrated and get information about being such directly from those who know first hand. Also, talk with a sympathetic urologist, if you can find one.

I, too, have thought about castration and done some research since my testis were severely shrunk after having a disease as an older teen and to this day remain very pain sensitive and prone. However, even the same age as you, the hormone issue is not easily resolved, or so some who have been castrated for various reasons and for some length of time tell me.
