Doctors out fishing
 

During a medical conference a group of doctors decide to take the afternoon off to go out fishing. The general surgeon is using appendixes as bait, the gastro-entero is using bits of stomach, the ORL is putting tonsils on his hook, and the paediatrician is using old aborted foetuses. They sit there all afternoon without catching anything but further down the bank there's one guy, every time he throws in his hook he catches one. After a while they can't stand it and one goes up to the guy.
"Excuse me doctor, but what bait are you using?"
- "I'm not a doctor, I'm a mohel."
