It can be cleaned well with hot water, and soap, and even some alcohol. Everything from the back comes pouring out after that. You can also stick a towel inside and that basically gets rid of the wetness, or also leave to air dry. Though yeah anyone who wants to see their dick pop out of the end would need to look for another toy. But this toy is made with realism in mind. So most likely they won't be able to find the toys with holes that have a better texture. Being able to bottom out is a great sensation.
