The ones I have owned were either cyberskin or some type of soft plastic. The harder one worked best for us because of how vigorous the act was. But the cyber skin one was more pleasureable for me. I liked it on so much I kept it on even when soft, the suction kept it on and kept me semi as well. It felt so good to actually have something that dangled around while walking, in gym shorts and sweats its a real eye catcher too!
