It could be why she cheats but it could also be just one of the reasons. Even guys with average size dicks, have girl friends who would cheat.

There are a lot of married guys with small dicks with solid marriages where none of them are looking to cheat. There are some others where the guy with the small dick does the cheating, others where the woman does the cheating, and some others where both cheat.

I agree with tinydick4u, she will never be faithful.
