Hey guys. I was just curious, I dont want to be offensive but how old do you have to be to post pictures of your penis? Because a lot of these tiny dicks are well.... tiny are they fully grown?

To post legally it is 18 or 21, depending on jurisdiction... that's why I never knowingly "talk" with anyone or respond to anyone who espouses/claims to be under 21. However, I think most who post with tiny dicks are probably of age. Many of them have the secondary characteristics and/or fat pad causing a degree of "small appearance" for this to be the case.
