Why are Italians stereotyped with huge penises?
 

I mean, it would be great if you're italian and the stereotype fits you... what if it doesn't? Kinda like being an Asian kid who sucks at math. ROTFL but I'm serious. Are penis stereotypes doing more harm than good?

maybe because penis sizes are associate with the size of one's ego? hence, the other stereotype of Italian males being very macho and proud

Well its because they DO on average have bigger penis sizes it has nothing to do with ego, French & Italians have the largest average penis sizes in Europe (The largest among the caucasian race), people in warmer climates tend to have bigger penises than people in colder climates, this means all the Mediterraneans are on average larger than the Germanic/Slavic (Blue eyed, Blonde haired) people of europe.
