I think that this is one of the things that society actually got right.
There is a reason why 12 years should not have sex. They are still children, children that need their parents to take care of them. They are not ready to deal with pregnancy, children or many different std's.
Point is, just because hormones are kicking in, does not mean they should be having sex.
But im sure you will totally disagree as always.
