As has been said before...

a) it does not increase the amount of semen expelled, but rather the amount of prostate gland fluid.

b) does not squirt so much as ooze out.

c) can be achieved by either internal or external stimulation of the prostate gland (it's just not everybody's game to have something inserted into their anus).

d) like with G-Spot stimulation, it can take a while to get to the 'pleasure' aspect of this kind of stimulation. Very often certain inhibitions might make this road a longer one then expected, so don't give up if it doesn't work first time.

Personally, I prefer external stimulation, goes on for so much longer and is, in my opinion anyway, just as pleasurable.
