Cyproterone is given with HRT for MtF transition and it may cause your penis to shrink while on the meds but will most likely come back after you stop taking them. It also could cause your testicles to become smaller and that is most likely irreversible. Also keep in mind if you increase your female hormones to achieve this it could cause you to have some ED symptoms while taking the meds.
