I can't say that I clearly understand your question.

I am in my sixties and masturbate anywhere from 3 to 5 times per week but have not noticed any of the shrinkage you mention. Granted I don't get as rock hard as I once did so I have probably lost a small amount of my length if that is what you mean.

When flaccid I have considerable shrinkage and it seems at times my penis withdraws into my body only leaving my foreskin showing. Of course the colder the weather the greater the shrinkage. When I have extreme shrinkage, out in the cold for a period of time, and need to pee, I have to pull back on my skin and wait for the head to pop out.
