4-5 inches, which I am = smaller than average.
Therefore, it's small.
Even guys a little bigger than the average can be classed as small, if they live in an area where they know all their friends or family members are bigger than them. It's all a psychological thing, it's not set in stone exactly what small means.

im with this guy, before i entered this forum i always thought i was small, and i was smaller than many of my friends and my brother for example (he has a big fat cock, more than 7 inches...).
I am beetween 5.5 and 6 inches, but my cock is too thin and thats were i feel im small, my gf and my other lovers have told me i was thin, in lenght is ok, but thin...
Now, before knowing lots of really small to tiny guys i know im not as small as i thought and it makes me feel a lil more confident about my size...
Sorry if i bothered any of the tinies here, but i feel small too sometimes...
