I met my wife at work. Got talking, sometime invited her for dinner, went to the movies, the first kiss, the first sex, well things just got better from there.

Positive can do attitude probably helps a lot. Women don't look down your trousers fronts first, at least not in my experience but are more concerned if you would make a good mate, ie. can you provide well for a family. At least in our case that must have been the way.

Everything else you find a workaround if needed.
