Theoretically yes, so longs as you don't define 'great sex' as something that solely involves coitus. Have a look around, there are several threads on how to please a woman, regardless of organ size.

That being said, I would presume that at 3" you would have to have some girth to make up for a certain lack of stimulation but, as I said, theoretically it should be possible.

After all, the most sensitive area of the vagina is located within the first 2-3" but there are others here that are more in line with the measurement you've provided, so maybe wait for their comments. I believe there were some happily married guys amongst those.
