I don't have one either but then, I have to admit that the thought sort of makes me shiver in the first place. I once caught my foreskin in a zip and that was bad, real bad and bled like crazy, so I personally would be rather reluctant having anybody approach my genitalia with some kind of hole-punching machinery. But, whatever floats your boat I guess.
