Not a lot of people that I have seen or heard off being able to do it. It must take considerable work to get there. Now that you mention it, it makes me wonder if I could do it. Hm, a TENS machine, never permanently owned one but had one for a while following some back problems. What I found was that the industrial sized ones, the ones that your doctor might have in his surgery are far more powerful and at least as far as any backproblems are concerned, are far more efficient. The 9V battery powered toy I got from the clinic just didn't do any good at all but then that was for a somewhat different purpose.

I have a video somewhere with a woman wiring her guy up and setting the thing loose, I must have a look if it is still on some disk. But as far as I can recall, she did use a vibrator in addition to the TENS.

Just a word of additional caution. If you find it not powerful enough, do try and stay away from the mains socket. LOL

The pads you mention, they are standard, after all, TENS machines are meant to aid pain relief, rather then the kind of relief you are seeking. LOL

Also, you might want to try placing the top one at the bottom of the penis, on the frenulum, this is after all one of THE trigger points stimulating ejaculation.
