Wonder if anyone else had watched this, at least those form UK.

They did trials for three devices, extender, pump and a cream and got this results.

I'm very surprised to find out that the extender didn't have any effect, and further more, the cream had. Not sure how scientific and controlled the experiments were. Good news, isn't it, though I'm a bit skeptical.
