Mine never gets hard and stays at one inch or less all the time.

Soft 1.5in as long, as it's not cold or I've had too much caffeine or been working out.
Hard, 3.75 to 4.25, depending on how aroused I am, or if I am alone or with my girl.

Totally soft and relaxed I actually turtle, so I have no length soft. Hard... 4.5 on a very good day.

It's "hidden" when flaccid and i think 3 inches erect..I lost 80+ pounds,right now i weigh 300 pounds so hopefully i'll gain a few inches as i keep losing weight.

yeah, as far as weight goes, if you lost enough you could gain 2 or even more inches to the little guy
