Barely 3 inches hard and have not bothered measuring when flaccid

My cocklet is about three inches hard and a half-inch nubbin while soft. Sometimes if it's cold, it shrinks down and tucks itself inside so all you can see is a little pink thimble-sized nubby inside a tiny ring of flesh.

Soft I'm tiny, maybe 2 inches max, but hard its 3+, maybe 4

2 to 3" soft (seems to vary) just over an inch is the head. Usually closer to 2".
Erect can be 5.5" Maybe slightly larger at times.

Many of us "small uns" expand nearly 3 times in length. Those w. big schongs can't say that<G>.

I am 3' soft and a around 5.5 hard, average to below average.

i've never measured but im guessing 2 inches and thats hard

If I dont mess with it for a while, im usually always messing with it, its 1.5soft and 6+hard... its hard to tell on erections, some days it seems 6.5 and some days it seems just 6, guess it depends. But my penis gets small enough to look like I have forskin and im cut.

Mine is fatter around than long! Hard its 4.5 long but 5.5 around. Sad!
