1 1/4" long flaccid and no more than 5 inches and more like 4 1/2" and never fully erect and full.

I want my penis to shrink and inch if I could somehow, and for testicles to recede inside rather than outside in the scrotum. I am looking for something that works, am trying a few things and will keep everyone informed as to how those products are working.
