I started off at about 4" hard . That was about 2yrs. ago. I read this book on sex. and decided to try some of the exercises in it. Yea I know they don't work. I found this one interesting and have been doing it religiously. Laugh all you want but I have 71/2" today. they say if you stop doing the exercise it will loose most of its size. I wont quite. I love this big thing. It now pleases a lot of women. Lately it has pleased a few men that like giving head .
