Mine is from 1" to 3" flaccid and about 4.75" erect. Unfortunately it spends most of its time at 1" so swimming pools and changing rooms are no-go areas for me.

That certainly sums up my youth. It was horrible having to pretend not to be interested in a girl who I was really very interested in. She would then wonder what she'd done wrong and I'd be unable to explain what the real problem was
