Bad day - My Tiny Dick Forum

I know I'm small guys and am cool that it's not gonna get any bigger, but the last year or so I have been trying to check out male friends and family (my wife's as I dont have any brothers) not drastically up when we are changing, showering ect or just their bulges.
Think that's what led me to here tbh as I wastrying to find others my size as I still hadn't found anyone that I know. It's getting a little deflating, on a good day im 2inches flacid and 5inches hard but on most days im 1inch flacid and 4 hard and so far from seeing friends family ect I am by far the smallest?
Even today I went to the gym with the brother in law and his a really chubby guy so I thought for sure we would atleast be the same size down there, but turns out his hung like a porn star!!!!
Is it just me or is it the same for you guys too in your social circles of friends and family and gym buddies, are you all the smallest of your groups?
