Measured my dick recently and it's still 4 inches full erect into my 60s (was 4.5 inches when I was younger). But I have noticed it seems to getting even smaller when flaccid. When I standing at a urinal the head is poking out barely an inch, if that. I've noticed it causes me to leak piss all over my tiny balls.
