Feeling good about your body is a complicated issue and far more then just a simple sexual one too. My husband when he was alive had a really hard time accepting his body image and it had nothing to do with his penis. But this is the same for bothe genders too everyone has to deal with self image issues. Sometimes this is sexual sometimes not.
