My understanding was that a Prince Albert had to go thru the urethra, which is not the case with yours. It sure qualifies as a piercing (LOL) but are you sure it qualifies as a Prince Albert one?
I'm guessing the procedure must be very similar but probably using a curved needle. And I wonder how painful it gets, even if they numb it.
