Is this even possible without surgery?

I have heard of a hair growth pill that got sued for shrinkage. Some also says that adderal and estrogen works. Being locked up in chastity as well. But does any of these things really shrink the penis permanently, or just makes it less hard and therefor looks smaller?

One thing I have not manage to find out is if using penis pump with a small chastity can have some effect. Or fap when in a chastity or other devices where you fap or stimulates the penis with restrictive room.

I have a fairly small penis, 12 cm, but would atleast get it under 10 cm.
