From what I've seen in many forums, it's a fantasy, very, very habitual. Some ghoths even ask me for photomontages of their wives with strangers. For some it is only fantasy; Others (many) wanted it to be real.
In any case, I second what the poet said: "Desire is a question whose answer nobody knows."
