I'm 4.25 long and 4.25 in diameter .. on a good hard day! ..Soft 1" to inverted (and no I'm not overweight) .. just never grew after about 12- 13 years old .. it was so embarrassing in high school gym class .. tiny dick and no hair ... teased a lot!
