There's a condition called "Pectus excavatum," wherein the middle of the chest is sunken. I'm sure there are degrees of it. I have this condition, though not overly pronounced. When I had a sonogram of my heart taken some years ago, the technician noted that condition and said it was impossible to get the heart from more than one angle because it wedged so tightly against the sternum.
Bottom line: I have what may look a little like "manboobs" - but only because of the cavity between each breast.
