The last two... again, this is only our personal opinion, she seems a proper size queen. Just look how easily the thing goes in, she needs to go for a bit of PC muscle training I think. If I were to constantly pull out, I think my wife would pull out something I wouldn't really enjoy. LOL.
But it is all in personal preference at the end of the day.
