Insecurities have nothing to do with age. It's in your head. Kids have some, you have some, at 54, I have some, and everyone I know has some... I never met anyone who does not have some...
As you say, no one is perfect.
And, somehow, that's the beauty of it. If we were all perfect and agree on all the same things, to me, life would be so boring I'd shoot myself.
