Indeed I didn't have time to tell you my latest tales of bread making.
But that will come, sooner or later. About the oven, I thought I'd sent you a picture of my idea. Looks like I didn't. Well, I'll try to do that this weekend. The thing works pretty well.
And no, I don't disagree with you on both count, either using the traditional way or fresh yeast. Speaking of yeast I have some developments on that too.
