I presume you are referring to the circumference.

So, the one we had on last was:
6" or 15cm in circumference
4.5" or 11cm in length, this is where the holder goes through.

Mind you, as far as I can make out, you might find them to vary somewhat, I don't think there is something you might 'bog' standard.
