Don't expect too much, after all, it is 9V battery powered if I recall right. You can't compare that to the machines your GP/MD will use on your spine/joints. Also, correct me if I am wrong, you can't adjust the pulse mode or the frequency but I may be mistaken there. If the machine fails to hit the correct frequency, well, that's it then.
One thing I do wonder about though, the pulse is normally used to trigger the release of your bodies endorphines, a chemical similar in its structure to cannabinoids and some opiods and opiods are not exactly known for its pleasure enhancing properties, at least not in the region of your body you were applying it to.
Maybe you'd like to be a little more specific about the how and where. I am always curious about everything.
