I really don't believe that a tiny dick is a problem when having sex. As long as it's hard, 3 and a half inches can enter at least as far as a finger and this should give satisfaction in most cases.
I believe the problem for men with tiny dicks can be where oral sex is concerned. My wife loves to give me a blowjob and she can fit the full length of my dick in her mouth without discomfort or problems. That is fine but she says that she would sometimes really prefer to hold and stroke the shaft whilst sucking, and this is of course completely impossible for me. She can't hold and rub the shaft at any time. She has to make do with watching other women enjoy this with guys having normal / large dicks whilst we watch porn movies together.
All this is ok but I guess that if ever the clear opportunity arose to do it herself in real life, she may find it hard to resist.......
