This training has nothing but advantages. Be it that it increases the ability to grasp a penis more tightly, that it can improve a womans chances to experience orgasm from intercourse alone, helps women to possibly ejaculate, up to depriving the incontinence industry of their mostly useless products. Useless, if you learn to control those vital muscles in your pelvic floor.
This may sound a bit rude now but my wife will turn 50 this year, she's given birth twice and still, she can crack nuts with her vaginal muscles (this is intended solely as a figure of speech, ok).
She's been doing her Kegel exercises (without any insertion) for decades and it tells. After the birth of our first daughter her vagina was as tight as ever, something I had honestly not been expecting. She is still happy to climax within less then 2 minutes and there are guys worried they can't last long enough. LOL
