I enjoy e-stim from time to time. I like using one pad just between the scrotum and the anus.....with the other pad at the base of the shaft. The feeling is out of this world and can b felt throughout my whole body! The other way is to use a cock ring that is "charged" and the other pad between or near the anus and scrotum..
