When I went to get a vasectomy I remember during the pre-op appointment with the doctor he let out like a little gasp. He only took a few seconds to collect himself but it was definitely obvious.
When the time came I also remember laying on the chair/table with my pants off for all to see. The nurse who did the washing seemed to keep it together but then another nurse came in with like some surgical tape or something she reached down to put it on stopped and then walked out of the room. There was then a muffled conversation in the hallway and I remember hearing the nurse say theres nothing there and the doctor just saying dont worry about it.
I cant say I was embarrassed in a bad way though. Im kinda proud that Im so small that it catches people whose sole job involves looking at the penis off guard 🤣
