yes Virginia, there are average built guys with small dicks

Granted most grossly overweight gentlemen have small dicks, and I wonder why anyone would want to intentionally shrink their dick. But I'm average built, 5'7", 170 lbs and have a naturally small dick when soft. Just offering my two inches worth.
